Job Description
We are looking for a new Proposal Specialist to support pursuit and proposal activities and manage the development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy. The preferred location for this position is in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral and presentations.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by sector.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Review RFPs and participate or lead strategic win‑plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders.
- Coordinate and participate in proposal kick‑off meetings.
