Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of managed services (MS) opportunity pursuit, from strategy and proposal creation to negotiation and successful outcomes. The role defines value propositions, engages with stakeholders, and ensures alignment with customer needs and organizational capabilities, all while maintaining a competitive edge through market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of managed services (MS) qualification, sales strategy, and business development, leading pursuit teams and negotiation efforts.
- Holds accountability for the entire pursuit team, covering project planning, assessment, solution, pricing, and business decisions.
- Leads contract negotiations and facilitates cross-functional discussions leading to timely delivery and successful outcomes.
