Job Purpose
Active involvement in Business Development activities and tendering works in alignment with Enova values, from Request to Proposal (RFP) to submission stage, post tender works, Preparation of techno-commercial proposals, as directed by the line manager per Enova’s needs while ensuring the best interests of the organization are met.
Key Accountabilities
- Working closely with the Proposals Manager, candidate should have strong experience working on large scale tender submission works; experience in FM industry is an advantage
- Proactive attitude towards effective Proposal preparation works from RFP stage through to successful submissions, while maintaining Quality & Accuracy
- Clear understanding of Submission requirements; ensure timelines are met in accordance with Bid Management schedules
- Study RFPs in detail, capable of preparing proposals.
