Responsibilities:
- Support bid strategy, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Prepare tender documents, preliminary costing, and supporting materials.
- Assess technical queries and conduct site recce for project viability.
- Draft offer letters and bid submissions for management approval.
- Build customer relationships through active engagement.
- Create design plans, specifications, and 3D drawings for bids.
- Develop and deliver solution presentations.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 year of experience in design or site work (Geotechnics preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD.
