Responsibilities
Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses to check availability of products needed to satisfy customer demands.
Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
Prioritize, maintain, and place sales orders from received purchase orders, push requisitions to buyers, use several portals and revise inventory levels.
Perform daily calls based on specifications and predefined procedures and processes to ensure on‐time delivery.
Generate quotes (proposals) for our customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience with quoting and order entry in the mining, cement, or other heavy industries.
