The Property Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational oversight of facility services across an assigned portfolio of Reena locations. This includes ensuring safety compliance, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing building systems and equipment repairs, and responding to emergencies. The role supervises a team of Property Service Persons, delegating tasks through an Order Tracking System and monitoring performance to ensure service excellence and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. The Property Supervisor also liaises with external contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to support effective facility operations. This position serves as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site.
