**Purpose and Scope:**
Responsible to the Program Material Manager for the efficient management and accountability of all Equipment details through the Defense Property Accountability System (ELMS) supporting the Category II Satellite supply account. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Coordinates property consignments; interfaces with subcontractors/vendors on property consignments, releases, and other property management requirements; and interfaces with government officials, the general public, and owners/violators.
+ Performs data entry into required databases. Runs reports and prepares correspondence as directed.
+ Coordinates all processing of ELMS equipment transactions to receipt files for all Equipment detail shortages. Assures timely processing of excess turn-ins and detail deletions. Coordinates intra-site transfer of Equipment. M...
