Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, landscaping, and brush clearing using manual and powered equipment.
• Remove snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, and other areas using tools and equipment.
• Operate equipment including skid steers, dump trucks, and snowplows.
• Assist with basic repairs to fences, signs, drainage systems, and paved surfaces.
• Support tradespeople with simple maintenance tasks in a multi‑trade environment.

Essential Experience

• Experience assisting skilled tradespersons or working in a labour/trades environment.
