The role involves cleaning vacant homes after tenants move out, ensuring properties are ready for inspection and new occupants.
Duties include:
- Deep cleaning empty residential properties
- Cleaning kitchens, ovens, and internal surfaces
- Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
- Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring
- Preparing properties to hand over
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable transport
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
