Summary
Richmond Property Management is looking for an organized, hands‑on Property Operations Coordinator to support our field operations across the portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their property management or facilities career who wants to get out from behind a desk, learn the business on site, and grow with the company.
Working under the direction of our operations team, you’ll help carry out property inspections, assist with maintenance and contractor coordination, monitor property conditions, and support improvement projects. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d like to hear from you.
This position reports to Head Office Management. It does not involve owner relations, leasing, or overall portfolio management — the focus is on day‑to‑day property operations and field support.
