The Property Manager Role

Responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance and tenant satisfaction across multiple buildings in London, ON. Ensures each property is maintained to high standards, operates efficiently and is compliant with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations
  • Manage day‑to‑day building operations, including oversight of maintenance coordination and vendor contract management.
  • Oversee compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and attend Landlord and Tenant Board hearings to resolve disputes.
  • Adhere to CMRAO, CAO and condominium rules.
  • Lead crisis and emergency response procedures.
  • Ensure all building and property standards meet Craft’s “Class A” expectations.
