Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing a portfolio of Class A commercial office buildings in Downtown Toronto totaling over 1 million square feet. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional tenant experience, managing operating and capital budgets, and ensuring best-in-class building operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Stakeholder Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders through regular engagement
• Enhance tenant satisfaction by leading innovative tenant engagement initiatives
• Promote sustainability programs and effectively communicate property policies, procedures, and events
• Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team to ensure high levels of service delivery
• Collaborate with leasing and construction teams to coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, and move-ins/outs
