Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio, ensuring lease data accuracy, timely financial reporting, and strong landlord and franchisee relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate lease data and manage rent, CAM, and tax payments

Handle landlord/franchiseemunications, disputes, and reconciliations

Support audits, billing validation, and process improvements

Oversee property maintenance and non-restaurant sites

Manage collections, bad debt, and tenant arrears

Requirements

5+ years in property management, accounting, or lease administration

Strong financial and/ormercial real estate knowledge

Excellentmunication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
