About this role
The Property Manager is a leader with extensive experience overseeing a commercial portfolio, managing both operational and financial activities. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of a 1.1 M SF commercial office & retail portfolio in downtown Toronto, ensuring alignment with ownership goals and objectives. The Property Manager fosters strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors while serving as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic solutions to optimize property performance.
Staff Management
- Supervise portfolio personnel and resources to ensure the property is properly maintained and owner objectives are met.
- Responsible for leading and managing staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance in collaboration with the Director, Property Management.
