We currently own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger team to support our growth.
We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan . In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the company’s continued development.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administration and contribute to process improvements.
- Oversee rent collection and address arrears.
- Handle monthly administrative tasks: lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and assignments.
- Supervise an administrative assistant and concierges.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and tenant service requests.
