We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of our residential portfolio. You will lead the on‑site teams, keep buildings running smoothly, and act as a reliable point of contact for both tenants and owners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, including emergency response outside office hours
- Manage and supervise the concierge
- Ensure apartment buildings are maintained and cleaned in line with company standards
- Track and resolve maintenance requests through Buildingstack
- Manage tenant, lease information, renewals, and monthly payment into Buildingstack
- Schedule repairs with subcontractors and manage the work through to completion, including quality control
- Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts
