Our client is a growing real estate investment and property management company focused on acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily residential properties. Their Edmonton portfolio currently consists of 24 buildings located primarily in North Edmonton.
Each property has its own character, challenges, and opportunities. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Property Manager who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of a portfolio.
The Opportunity
You will be one of the company's foundational members as they are a relatively new and growing company. As such, you will have a seat at the leadership table, helping develop strategies to grow the portfolio and build a strong team on the ground.
