As a Property Management Support Worker at Font, you and your colleagues are responsible for processing all incoming malfunctions. You are the (always friendly and helpful) point of contact for tenants in the event of a malfunction, complaint, or service request. Below are your tasks:
- Directing suppliers
- Acting as a point of contact for tenants and liaison between tenant, supplier, and stakeholders
- Updating stakeholders on the situation
- Resolving all malfunctions to satisfaction
