Financial & Asset Management
- Develop and manage annual property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-efficient initiatives to enhance asset value and profitability.
- Lead revenue optimization strategies, including tenant mix planning, leasing support, and ancillary income generation.
