Your mission
As Property Maintenance Manager (m/f/x) – Garden & Pool / Mallorca, you will join our Operations Team on Mallorca. You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of our property portfolio – from garden and pool maintenance to planning upkeep and coordinating external service providers on the ground.
Location: Mallorca
Garden Maintenance
- Weekly care and inspection of the gardens at our properties
- Pruning of plants and trees
- Inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Ensuring a well‑kept appearance of all outdoor areas
Pool Maintenance
- Weekly cleaning and maintenance of the pools
- Monitoring and documentation of water quality
- Supervision and maintenance of pool technology (incl. pool heating, filters, skimmers)
