Property Law & Compliance Counsel (Philippines)

Thunderbird Resorts and Casinos seeks an on-site Legal Counsel to oversee regulatory compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation for its property operations. The role requires a law degree, Philippine licensure, and substantial experience in property law.

You will advise management, draft and review leases and service contracts, and collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure lawful and efficient operations. Based in Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines.
