Responsible to oversee operations of buildings assigned.
Responsible to monitor expenditure, evaluate quotations and tenders for work.
Able to address operational and administrative issues and ensure procedures are carried out efficiently.
Co-ordinate all maintenance/term contractors assigned.
Handle contracts renewal / up-keeping of contractual records.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Ensure compliance with divisional policies & ISO procedures.
Job RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in managing strata-titled properties / property management environment
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership in guiding sub-team members to achieve corporate objectives.
- Able to handle multiple projects and be stationed at HQ office
- Possess excellent interpersonal skill
