- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently according to company guidelines and standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
