- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine competitive property prices
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions
- Advise clients on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts
- Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and documents
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations
- High school diploma or higher education (Real Estate certification preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required)
