Property Advisor (Marbella)

Serneholt Estate was founded in **** in Spain and has become one of the most well‑known agencies on the Costa del Sol. We have experienced continuous growth, including record‑breaking sales years, and continue to expand our presence with multiple offices across mainland Spain, Canary, Balearic Islands, and in Cyprus.

As part of our continued expansion in Spain we are now looking for a new Property Advisor to our office in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Conduct intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
