This role is designed for candidates with 3-5 years of experience handling property claims. You will be instrumental in adjusting claims, performing investigations, and providing top-notch customer service throughout the claims process. Candidates with an insurance-related degree or CIP designation are preferred, as well as those who qualify for full licensing in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact policyholders and claimants promptly
• Investigate and report causes with recommendations
• Use technology to assess and establish damage
• Recommend investigations and negotiate settlements
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout the claims
Requirements:
• High school completion; university degree preferred
• 3-5 years of property claims experience
