With a growing portfolio of high-rise residential assets, the company is seeking a Property Accountant to join its accounting team and support the financial reporting and operations of its rental portfolio.
Position Overview
The Property Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of purpose-built rental properties. This role will work closely with property management and accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close processes, and effective management of property-level accounting functions.
