This role is centered on maintaining accurate financial operations while supporting both property owners and tenants through clear communication and consistent follow-through. You’ll play a key part in managing accounts, reviewing agreements, and ensuring all financial transactions are handled correctly. Success in this role comes from a strong attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.
What You’ll Own
- Manage rent collection and accounts receivable processes
- Post and reconcile management fees accurately
- Respond to owner and tenant inquiries regarding statements, charges, and account activity
- Handle accounts payable, including distinguishing between owner expenses and tenant chargebacks
