Our client, a third-party Property and Asset Management company, is looking to add a Property Accountant to their team. In this role you will be joining a team of accounting professionals that are responsible for the financial management of approximately 50 office, industrial and retail properties. Working together, the accounting team provides accurate and timely information for both our internal teams and our clients. This is an Entrepreneurial group that are known for their straightforward approach and attention to detail. They have grown quickly since their inception and have worked hard to keep a very open and collaborative work culture.
THE ROLE
This position will interact with coworkers of all levels throughout the company. We are looking for someone with strong technical commercial real estate accounting knowledge and great communication skills. Proficiency with Office and Excel is a must-have.
