If you enjoy customer service and have a strong attention to detail, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Propane team and provide exceptional support to customers.
What you'll do:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with drivers and service personnel
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to maintain accurate sales records
- Maintain filing systems and branch documentation
- Order and track inventory for branch supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
