Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service-related projects from start to completion
- Plan, design, configure, and commission security system setups
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Support service and maintenance activities, including project-to-maintenance transition
- Provide technical guidance and on-site support to service technicians when required
- Participate in material selection, technical submissions, and purchase requests
- Monitor project progress, schedule, stock status, and cost control
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other contractors
- Supervise installation teams and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager
