Projects Purchasing Manager (San Luis Potosí)

Responsibilities
Manages project purchasing team, ensures staff availability and grow the competence in line with the region Division organization
Drives project purchasing, pilot and forecast the project purchasing index & KPIs
Define and implement standards by segment across the P1 purchasing network within the site
Assess the required workload and supports the project buyer teams in the different activities
Participate in the target setting of the P1 projects of the site
Warrants CAA Purchasing validation for his site
Represent Purchasing in the project process
Participates to Project Meeting and Activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee) and participates to Pre-SoCo and SoCo decisions with project Buyers
Involves Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment Strategy
