Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and completion of projects in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines. The role also supports senior management in achieving operational and strategic objectives while ensuring effective coordination among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Control- Develop, maintain, and monitor the project construction program in accordance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure completion within approved timelines.
- Ensure annual project delivery targets with a portfolio value of up to AED 50 million.
