Project/Operations Coordinator

The Project/Operations Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among stakeholders. This role ensures project timelines, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately and efficiently. The coordinator plays a key part in keeping projects on track, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marine and offshore projects with on‑site and workshop attendance when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain and update project timesheets in Navision.
• Plan and purchase materials and consumables, and issue purchase orders to suppliers in Navision.
