Job Summary
The Project & WSH Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project documentation, site administration, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. The role ensures timely submission of project documents, compliance with safety regulations, and effective communication between clients, consultants, main contractors, and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination- Prepare, compile, and submit project documents for approval, including Method Statements (MS), shop drawings, material submissions, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors on project requirements and documentation.
- Monitor submission status and follow up on approvals and revisions.
- Maintain proper filing and records of project correspondence and documents.
