Job Overview
As Project Supply Manager you will represent the entire Procurement organization in front of Programmes, and represent Programmes in front of Procurement. You will capture and provide Programme needs toward Procurement, consolidate Procurement action plan and deliverables by respecting milestones and delivering on time, on cost and on quality for supplied products and/or services, and consolidate dashboard toward Programmes.
Accountabilities
- Ensure coherence between Programmes and Procurement matters and define the appropriate procurement approach.
- Organise the tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation process according to sourcing strategies and project constraints.
- Coordinate the Supply Management functions supporting the proposal (Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain & Quality Management, Supplier Development Management).
