About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to manage the successful delivery of MEP, HVAC retrofit, commercial fit‑out, and technical improvement projects across multiple client sites. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP, HVAC retrofit, fit‑out, and refurbishment projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement.
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, ELV, and chilled water systems.
