We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage logistics operations, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across project accounts.Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly via phone and email

Coordinate shipments across air, ocean, rail, and ground transportation 

Manage freight requests, quotes, customs coordination, and documentation 

Select and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams 

Track shipments, resolve issues, and proactively prevent service failures 

Handle billing processes, including invoice accuracy, cost tracking, and discrepancy resolution
