Project Specialist - Merchant Onboarding & Compliance

**About the Role**
The Merchant Onboarding & Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all merchants onboarded through our sales channels are fully compliant with Uber's documentation, structural, and regulatory requirements.
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing a BPO operation dedicated to auditing merchant submissions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of our onboarding process.
As a key link between Compliance, Sales, and BPO, this role requires sharp organization, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset.
