Roles & Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure that the ACMV system design meets the required standards, codes and regulations
- To ascertain ACMV equipment, materials, and component that meetsthe project requirements.
- Supervise, Monitor and inspect the works progress on ACMV system –air duct, chilled piping and equipment installation.
- Knowledge of relevant ASTM & ASME standard is an added advantage
- Check site installation work as per approved drawings
- Understand and able to prepare the standard detail drawing to suit the respective project & shop drawings
- Able to use AutoCAD or Revit is an added value.
- Check and follow up closely the daily site installation progress and able to take immediate action to tackle the delay.
- Able to liaise with different vendors and sub-contractors for different types of materials to be proposed and submit for approval and subsequently...
