Job Description
- Monitor project site progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Manage and update project schedules; coordinate site activities and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Supervise daily construction, operations, and maintenance activities
- Review plans, drawings, and scope of work to ensure accurate and proper implementation
- Prepare and verify estimates for materials, labor, tools, and equipment requirements
- Conduct punch listing to identify, document, and resolve defects prior to project completion
- Facilitate project turnover to clients, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards
