RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team to ensure project operational efficiency
- Administer daily incoming and outgoing correspondences, maintain accurate and updated electronic and paper filing systems for quick retrieval
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars and site visits for coordination of team activities
- Upkeep of project documentation including drawings, reports and contracts to ensure accuracy
- Distribute documents, track and assist to prepare submissions, approvals, and project reports to monitor project progress
- Manage attendance records to support workforce tracking
- Maintenance of site office supplies
- Assist in other duties that are assigned from time to time
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
