Project Scheduling Position at Urbacon

Become a vital part of Urbacon as a Junior Project Scheduler, focusing on project timeline accuracy and efficiency. This role emphasizes data management and supporting construction activities.
Reporting to the Senior Project Planner, you will help prepare and maintain construction schedules. Your tasks include conducting quality checks and collaborating with managers to monitor construction progress. Utilizing your skills in Primavera P6, you will facilitate analyses and updates to optimize scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain multi-year and short-term construction schedules
• Analyze schedule status and report on progress
• Integrate trade contractor schedules for consistency
• Perform cash flow and earned value reporting
• Conduct site visits to verify schedule updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in ICI and design build construction
