Role Summary
Project Scheduler – responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure successful delivery of programs on scope, on time, and within budget. Collaborates closely with project management, engineers and cross‑functional teams to track progress, mitigate risks, and provide data‑driven insights.
Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with program objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project management, engineers and cross‑functional teams to define project tasks, timelines, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance and progress, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for schedule optimization.
