At CORUS, we are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team on a strategic international regulatory transformation project.
Location:
Barcelona or Madrid (1–2 days per week at the office).
The Programme Scheduler develops and manages the integrated master schedule across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-region transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, update integrated programme schedules (Microsoft Project).
Consolidate plans from multiple suppliers, regions and internal teams into a single master plan, resolving overlaps and gaps.
Identify, map and manage interdependencies across projects, vendors and regions.
Perform critical path analysis across the consolidated plan.
Monitor plans against baseline and flag variance, slippage and risk to schedule.
Build and manage work breakdown structures (WBS).
Define project tasks, milestones and dependencies.
