Coordinate customer projects and commercial activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.
Prepare quotations, customer documentation, reports and commercial proposals.
Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding project status, order management and operational queries.
Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of strategic accounts.
