Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am – 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations for tenders and live projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support budget planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with cost and timeline targets.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Compile and submit all necessary documentation for project-related submissions.
