Project Quality And Safety Manager (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

Position Overview

Full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Trápaga, Bilbao. Work alongside young and proactive teammates and act as an interface with the client's Quality and Safety teams. Day‑to‑day, collaborate closely with project, quality and external supplier teams, lead internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys with the Project Manager, and develop and implement action plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and ensure its correct application during contract execution.
• Lead internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys (iCSS) with the Project Manager and develop resulting action plans.
• Guide the project teams regarding Quality’s contribution to the project.
• Act as the interface within the project team for all Quality‑related aspects.
