Responsibilities
Within 1 month: Build understanding of Nahimic product portfolio, customer landscape, and internal workflows; familiarize with roadmap, commitments, and support topics; build relationships with internal stakeholders; learn context and expectations for our largest customer account.
Within 3 months: Take ownership of day‑to‑day coordination for selected roadmap and customer delivery topics; drive follow‑up on product support and bug‑fix priorities; establish clear view of milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations; contribute to roadmap execution; act as trusted interface between customers and internal teams.
