• Act as the supply‑chain owner across the full program lifecycle (RFQ → sourcing → launch → production).
• Establish sourcing decision reviews and track execution through successful program launch.
• Align sourcing strategies with program milestones, timelines, and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and elevate risks across cross‑functional teams.
• Own BOM cost management for new product launches and program transfers within SCS.
• Support supplier benchmarking initiatives, collaborating with global Johnson Electric sites.
• Lead and support cross‑functional program reviews (SCS, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Logistics).
• Serve as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Services within cross‑functional teams (CFTs).
